Application for Educational Benefits

It's extremely important that families complete the Applications for Educational Benefits (previously known as Free/Reduced Lunch Form). This form determines eligibility for benefits such as free/reduced, testing waivers, reduced athletic fees, and more. The overall budget of Washburn is also dependent on how many students complete this form. Even if you don't think you qualify based on your income level, when you complete an application for educational benefits you help your school secure vital state and federal funding. Last year, families who completed the request for educational benefits application helped MPS secure over $55,000,000 in state funding. This form must be completed EACH school year. Fill out your application today!

*Turn in forms before your student's account accumlates debt and has an outstanding balance! Some students have a grace period until October 9th if they were on Free/Reduced lunch last year at Washburn. Students new to Washburn are already being charged for lunches until the form is submitted and the family is found eligible.
