Washburn will be offering the PSAT on Wednesday, October 24 during the 2018-2019 SY. Cosponsored by the College Board and National Merit Scholarship Corporation (NMSC), the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (NMSQT) — often shortened to PSAT — is a standardized test targeting 10th and 11th graders across the U.S. This OPTIONAL test is only available for 10th and 11th graders to take once per school year. Students will register and pay for the test online at the start of the 2018-2019 school year. Students with 504s & IEPs -- Accommodations must be requested and approved by the College Board by August 21. Please contact Tara Mennitt in order to initiate this process. If a student was approved for accommodations for an AP test or last year's PSAT, then they are approved for accommodations for the 2018 PSAT.
