School Social Worker for grades 11 & 12
Hello! Welcome to the 2022/2023 School Year!
I am in my 15th school year at Washburn High School! I received a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse and went on to receive my Master's degree in Social Work from the University of St Thomas.
I am married and have two grown sons. I enjoy camping, hiking and sports.
I am the School Social Worker for the 11th and 12th grades. As social workers we loop with our students from grade to grade. I work with students and families around many issues including mental health, homelessness, and referrals to resources in the community.
